Managing stress is essential to improve mind and body, well-being and aesthetics. Stress management and sleep hygiene are important parameters as diet and training.

The best integration when I'm stressed?
Racing motorcycle, a nikon around the neck, a backpacker, medium-low temperatures.
I only need half a day or even an hour when I don't have much time.
